The GCC countries will soon launch a unified tourist visa, which will allow holders to travel freely among the six member states.
The announcement was made by GCC Secretary-General Jasem Al Budaiwi at the Security and History Dialogue conference in Riyadh.
The unified tourist visa was officially approved by the GCC countries in 2023.
Applications for the unified tourist visa will be submitted exclusively online. The user-friendly electronic service will allow applicants to submit a single application in only a few minutes to visit all six countries, thus removing the difficulties and saving the time normally required to obtain separate visas for each country.
