His Majesty King Hamad issued Decree-Law 42 of 2026 promulgating the Railway Regulation Law, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister.
The law stipulates that the accompanying Railway Regulation Law shall apply without prejudice to relevant international agreements, treaties and protocols in force in Bahrain .
