IFS, a provider of Industrial AI software, has announced that Arab Tank Terminals (ATTL), an independent bulk liquid storage terminal operator on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, has selected IFS Cloud embedded with IFS.ai as its enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
The implementation will provide ATTL with a unified
technology platform covering finance, procurement, supply chain, maintenance,
asset management, projects, HSE and human resources.
The company expects the system to improve operational
visibility, data accuracy and workflow efficiency while supporting faster
decision-making and future growth.
ATTL is a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Refineries
Company (SARCO), Independent Petroleum Group (IPG) and Emirates National Oil
Company (ENOC).
IFS Cloud, powered by IFS.ai, uses machine learning and
historical trends to provide operational insights and support productivity.
Rahul Misra, SVP & Managing Director - Middle East and
Africa at IFS, said: “In an asset intensive organisation such as Arab Tank
Terminals Ltd, IFS Cloud that works on the operational intelligence of IFS.ai
will help move from isolated signals to a single connected workflow. It will
help teams detect issues earlier, respond faster and thereby optimise
performance. We look forward to working with ATTL on their digital
transformation journey.”
The platform is also expected to help ATTL strengthen asset
reliability and maintenance planning, improve inventory and procurement
processes, enhance regulatory compliance and safety procedures, and gain
real-time operational insights.
Abdulaziz Albakr, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Arab
Tank Terminals, said: “Investing in a platform like IFS Cloud is an investment
in ATTL's future. It gives our people the visibility, reliability and tools to
operate at the highest standards, and lays the digital foundation for the next
phase of ATTL's growth.”
ATTL selected IFS Cloud for its capabilities in asset and
maintenance management, HSE and its ability to provide a unified platform for
critical business operations.
The announcement adds to IFS’s growing presence in the Middle East, where the company has developed a customer portfolio across several core industries. -TradeArabia News Service
