The Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (IPA) organised a dialogue session attended by Social Development Minister Osama Al Alawi, and Director General of IPA Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa.
Members of the 38th and 39th cohorts of the ‘Qeyadat’ Executive Leadership Preparation Programme participated in the session.
Mr Al Alawi affirmed that investing in national leadership development is essential to further developing the social work system and enhancing the quality of services.
