A blood donation drive was organised by Bongiyo Samaj Bahrain recently. The event, held at Salmaniya Medical Complex, saw strong turnout from community members keen to support local blood reserves. Samaj president Saurav Sen said 28 participants registered for the drive, with 24 successfully donating after medical screenings. “We were particularly encouraged by the active participation of female donors,” he added. “The drive was a great success, and we look forward to organising similar initiatives in the future to support the medical community.”
