His Majesty King Hamad yesterday received the credentials of five newly appointed ambassadors to Bahrain.
The ambassadors are; Choi Byoung-sun of South Korea, Dr Javidan Rizvan Huseynov of Azerbaijan, Abdelmadjid Amini of Algeria, Jasem Ibrahem Al Najem of Kuwait and Dr Necati Sancaktutan of Türkiye.
His Majesty welcomed the new ambassadors and praised the distinguished relations between Bahrain and Arab and international countries, noting their continued growth at various levels.
His Majesty wished them success in their diplomatic missions to further strengthen relations of co-operation and friendship with Bahrain.
The ambassadors had arrived separately, where they were received by the Chief of Royal Protocol, and the customary ceremonies were held.
