A strategic partnership has been launched between Aqua Vista Bahrain and the Bahrain Mobility International Centre to advance social inclusion and empower People of Determination through meaningful career opportunities in the hospitality sector.
The alliance focuses on professional empowerment, skill integration, and equal employment access for individuals with physical disabilities.
As part of the initiative, the five-star waterfront Al Seef property has already welcomed three new team members into key operational roles. Abdulrahman Rezq has taken up the role of doorman and primary brand ambassador in the main lobby, whilst Abdullah Al Zaki and Moosa Aldoseri have joined the security department as CCTV operators.
“True hospitality begins with inclusivity and equal opportunity,” said Aqua Vista Bahrain general manager Alper Kucukbaycan. “Welcoming Abdulrahman, Abdulla and Moosa to our team has enriched our hotel culture immensely.
“Abdulrahman’s presence in our lobby sets the tone for our guest experience, while Abdulla and Moosa bring vital expertise and focus to our security monitoring. By integrating ‘people of determination’ into our core operations, we are not only building a more dynamic workplace, but actively supporting Bahrain’s vision for a fully-inclusive society.”
Bahrain Mobility International Centre board of directors chairman Adel Sultan Al Mutawa highlighted the importance of corporate partnerships in driving lasting societal changes: “Empowerment happens when talent is recognised and given the platform to succeed,” he said. “Our partnership with Aqua Vista Bahrain demonstrates how corporate leadership can create real-world pathways for full social and professional integration.

The two entities plan to expand their collaborative efforts through ongoing training programmes, workplace accessibility enhancements, and joint community outreach initiatives.
