Bahrain praised the Coast Guard Division of UAE’s National Guard Command following the successful rescue of an Asian crew from an oil tanker that caught fire in the Arabian Gulf.
The Foreign Ministry commended the UAE forces’ rapid response and maritime emergency capability in saving lives and delivering critical medical aid to survivors.
The ministry emphasised Bahrain’s call for enhanced regional and international co-operation to safeguard commercial shipping, protect maritime crews, and guarantee freedom of navigation through vital sea lanes.
