Kuwait Airways announced Sunday the cancellation of flights KU775 from Kuwait to Riyadh and KU776 from Riyadh to Kuwait following the temporary suspension of operations at King Khalid International Airport by Saudi authorities.
In a statement, the airline urged passengers to monitor flight updates, saying notifications and text messages would be sent to the phone numbers registered in their bookings.
Updates are also available through the airline's official channels.
The airline reaffirmed that passenger and crew safety remains its top priority, adding that it is monitoring developments in coordination with the relevant authorities. It thanked passengers for their understanding and cooperation.
