Kuwaiti traffic authorities have apprehended an individual after he was filmed allegedly painting graffiti on the walls of a school.
Officers located the suspect after the department's dedicated WhatsApp complaints line received a video recording of the act.
Following his arrest, officials summoned the youth's parents and ordered him to repaint the damaged walls to restore them to their original condition.
