The Bahrain India Society chairman and board of directors met Indian Ambassador-designate Dr Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit and wished him success in carrying out his diplomatic duties.
“We are delighted to welcome Dr Pradeep Singh Rajpurohit to Bahrain and share with him the work and initiatives of the Bahrain India Society,” said chairman Abdulrahman Juma.
He highlighted the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations, built on generations of trade, cultural exc`hange and people-to-people ties.
“These longstanding relations are a valuable part of our shared heritage and provide a strong foundation for further strengthening co-operation between the two countries.
“We greatly appreciate the continued support of the Indian Embassy and look forward to working closely with it and the ambassador on new initiatives that deepen these connections, bring our communities closer together, and further advance the enduring friendship between Bahrain and India,” Mr Juma added.
