A Sri Lankan woman gave birth to a healthy baby boy aboard a Jazeera Airways flight travelling from Kuwait to Colombo.
The unexpected in-flight medical emergency was managed by the cabin crew, who stepped in to assist the mother through a successful delivery.
Upon landing, both mother and newborn were transferred to Negombo Base Hospital, where they were reported to be in good health.
