Bahrain’s electricity and water bills could face parliamentary scrutiny, with six MPs seeking a formal investigation into whether electronic meters are accurate, tariffs are fair and government subsidies are reaching the families who need them most.
Parliament will vote on Tuesday on a request to form an inquiry committee led by MP Mahmood Fardan .
