Almoayyed Motors, the official Ford distributor in Bahrain, has launched the new Ford Everest V6.
The seven-seat SUV features bespoke engineering tailored for Middle East driving conditions and is powered by a 2.7-litre V6 EcoBoost engine built for both daily family commutes as well as off-road driving.
The vehicle underwent extensive desert and high-temperature testing in the region and Australia to calibrate its powertrain, cooling and transmission systems for extreme climates. The 2026 range includes the Active, Sport, Platinum and new Tremor variants.
Ford Middle East and North Africa marketing director Andrew Gregory said: “Drivers across the Middle East ask a lot of their vehicles. They need the confidence to take on demanding conditions, while also having the comfort and practicality their families rely on every day. The Everest V6 reflects the needs of this region and the journeys our customers take.”
Almoayyed Motors general manager Mario D’Costa said the upgraded powertrain will build on the model’s local success: “The Ford Everest has established a strong position in Bahrain, and we expect the Everest V6 to build on that success. Its V6 performance, seven-seat versatility and proven capability make it a strong fit for customers in our market.”
