Bab Al Bahrain and the Manama Municipality building have been added to the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation’s (ALECSO) Architectural and Urban Heritage Registry.
The inclusion was announced by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (Baca) as part of its efforts to preserve the kingdom’s architectural heritage and raise its profile regionally and internationally .
