Innovate for Bahrain (I4BH), an affiliate of Bahrain FinTech Bay, has signed an exclusive partnership with enterprise artificial intelligence platform Shaffra to deploy AI-driven automation across Bahrain’s public and private sectors, the group said on Monday.
The agreement, announced at the Gateway Gulf investment forum, makes I4BH the local delivery partner for GCC-based Shaffra’s ‘AI employee’ workforce platform, which automates functions across customer service, finance, operations, and human resources .
