Kuwait submitted a new memo to the Lebanese government detailing the involvement of Hezbollah militia in the terrorist 'Abdali cell' which was busted recently.
The Lebanese Ambassador to Kuwait Abdula’al Al-Qanai delivered the memo to Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil.
The Kuwaiti authorities had sent a memo of protest to the Lebanese government urging “deterrent measures against the practices of the Lebanese militia which threatens Kuwait’s security and stability”.
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri travelled to Kuwaiti and held talks with him in a bid to settle the issues and avert any negative repercussions on the relations between the two countries.
