A LIVELY folk dance event called Dandiya Beats is set to take place next month.
Organised by the Indian Ladies Association, the event on October 15 from 7.30pm is aimed at promoting family values and youth energy.
Hosted by the Crowne Plaza Hotel, it will feature competitions for best dancer, best dancing couple and best costumes. Profits will be donated to charitable causes.
