Manama: A complaint has been filed against a dog owner who allegedly allowed his pit bull to attack and kill a cat at a public beach.
The horrific incident was witnessed and photographed by a Bahrain Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BSPCA) volunteer .
