A tyre of a Saudi Arabian Airlines passenger plane caught fire today after landing at the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, according to Akhbaar24.com.
Civil Defence firefighters and speciliased teams put out the blaze and evacuated the passengers without any casualities or disruption of normal civil aviation traffic.
The airport management had announced a state of emergency to deal with the incident as soon as the plane, which was coming from Kuwait, landed.
