Brave Combat Federation has signed a partnership deal announcing Omni Sport Indoor Stadium of Tangier as the official venue for the first ever global mixed martial arts event in Africa.
With this initiative Brave has achieved the status of a truly global mixed martial arts promotion. Brave 14, to be hosted under the patronage of King Mohammed VI of Morocco, is the first mixed martial arts event in Morocco.
Brave Combat Federation will be focusing beyond traditional bouts by integrating elements of culture, art and concerts into the event. Previously Brave had hosted concerts, traditional performances and activities aimed at social development.
“When Brave Combat Federation hosts an event in a nation it is also a showcase of the developing cultural, economic and social partnership between the countries. Adhering to the vision of the leader who changed the sport of mixed martial arts forever, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the promotion looks beyond sport into art and culture as well. Our events are beyond two fighters in a cage, and involves the richness of art, concerts, traditional heritage and economy that bring nations together,” said Brave Combat Federation president Mohammed Shahid.
