MANAMA: Bahrain has attracted a record number of investments last year which are expected to generate about 4,700 new job opportunities over the coming three years.
According to the latest data from the Economic Development Board (EDB), 92 foreign companies invested a total of BD314 million ($830m) in the country last year, breaking the 2017 record of 71 companies and a total investment of BD276m ($733m) .
