Doha: In a bid to improve services and to meet the needs of tenants, Ezdan Real Estate Company has announced a furniture development plan for roughly 7,200 housing units across 12 residential villages in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair.
Apart from furniture replacement work in 12 residential villages in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair, the company also plans to change the remaining furniture, in bedrooms and dining rooms, across its residential units comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments and villas in all Ezdan compounds in Doha and beyond.
Both maintenance and customer care teams at Ezdan Real Estate Company are responsible for the supervision and implementation of the furniture development process, with the current stage involving the replacement of furniture in living rooms, reported Gulf Times.
“The group launched a development plan for its real estate assets and other facilities with the aim of renovating furniture and appliances, thereby keeping up with the pace of modern housing requirements and standards,” Gulf Times quoted Ali al-Obaidli, CEO of Ezdan Holding Group as saying.
Ezdan Real Estate Company manages real estate investments for Ezdan Holding Group, which owns the largest real estate investment portfolio in Qatar. The group possesses about 20,000 housing units spread over different areas across the country.
