Manama: Bahrain-based private holding company Maalem Holding has announced the completion of construction works on its signature dining and retail development in Seef District.
The Courtyard comprises 17 units spread over three floors around a central courtyard with a water feature, outdoor seating and other amenities.
To date, more than 70 per cent of the units have been let to a unique mix of food and beverage brands including Carlo’s Bakery, Starbucks Coffee, Bluefield Burgers and Mommy Wellness Spa.
The Courtyard will also feature a number of new businesses and concepts providing services to Seef District’s population and visitors such as a men’s grooming lounge and a cosmetic dental studio among others, said Maalem Holding head of real estate Ahmed Taleb.
“We are confident that The Courtyard will be a new attractive destination with its hand picked brands and tenants which is in line with Maalem’s strategy to deliver demand-driven schemes,” he added.
The Courtyard is in close proximity to most major hotels, serviced residences and office buildings. The development is positioned to complement the community shopping centres and destination malls in the area.
