A conference which trained young people in communication, career planning and leadership was held by AIESEC Bahrain.
The Leadership Preparatory Conference was supported and held at CH9 in Amwaj Islands .
It was attended by members from 14 different organisations, including the chair from the regional office in Kenya, who is originally Bolivian.
AIESEC is a youth-led organisation in more than 122 countries focusing on leadership development in young people and sustainable development.
