Bahrain: A beachfront area at Marassi Al Bahrain has been opened to the public.
Every weekend for the next two months, the smart city project in Diyar Al Muharraq will host a range of land and water activities including a food-truck court, paddle boarding and kite surfing.
Families can also enjoy their time with a children’s art and play area, along with various ocean-themed art and photography exhibitions. Work on the Marassi Al Bahrain was inaugurated last month.
The project encompasses 3,200 luxury apartments, 230,000sqm of retail space, 2km of beaches, high-end leisure and entertainment facilities, as well as two world-class hotels: The Address and Vida Hotel.
