FIRE, music and water shows will be staged this weekend at a family carnival to celebrate the launch of Layan project.
The two-day event will be held at Durrat Marina and is being organised by Bin Faqeeh Group.
Families with young children can visit the toddler tents, where trusted nannies are on standby.
Young girls can be a princess for the day in the Princess Layan Lounge, where they can have their hair and nails done in addition to a princess inflatable castle.
Other activities include a petting zoo, rubber duck fishing and horseback riding.
A virtual reality experience will also be available with games from Wii games and PlayStation 4.
The carnival will be held tomorrow and on Saturday, from 2pm until 10pm.
