Cairo: Police arrested a Saudi woman who conned nearly 260 Egyptians and amassed roughly £1.5 million.
The 36-year-old-woman partnered with an Egyptian man to dupe people by promising to help them get visas to perform Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, reported Arabic daily Akhbar Al Youm.
The police arrested the woman after a complaint was lodged against her.
