Nam Tae-hee, Alain Dioko, Chico Flores and Mohammed Muntari netted the four goals in the second half of the match, which was played at the Abdulla bin Khalifa stadium in Doha.
With this heavy defeat, Al-Nasr drops to the third position, with five points, leaving the top spot to Iranian Zob-Ahan who beat Bunyodkor Tashkent from Uzbekistan 5-2.
The 2014/15 Qatar Stars League champions Lekhwiya moves up to the second spot, totaling 5 points.
