Manama: Leading Bahraini information technology executive Dr Jassim Haji showcased Bahrain’s innovative approach to information and communications technology (ICT) in the Gulf Information Security Expo and Conference in Dubai.
It is believed to be the largest Middle East annual information technology security event attracting thousands of visitors and top executives from more than 50 countries.
At the event, Dr Haji conducted a session on how information security and cyberattacks can impact the aviation industry and best practices on how to overcome these risks.
He has also been featured in the latest issue of Arabian Computer News, a leading technological publication in the region, in an article titled “CIOs – Agent for Change”.
In the article, Dr Haji shared his decades of experience as a pioneering chief information officer and provided insights on how CIOs can be agents of change in their organisations, through innovation, facilitation and optimisation.
