Bahrain: The British Council is hosting the first annual UK Alumni Gala Dinner as part of celebrations marking 200 years of Bahrain-UK relations.
The event, to be held under the patronage of British Ambassador Simon Martin and Dr Dhafer Al Umran, from Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry, will take place tomorrow in Al Bahrain Ballroom at Four Seasons Hotel
Bahrain Bay, from 6.30pm.
It will feature a musical performance from jazz and blues musician Ahmed Al Qassim and is aimed at strengthening ties between seasoned and fresh UK alumni in Bahrain and provide them with an opportunity to network with each other and stay connected to the UK.
All attending will automatically enter a raffle draw for a chance to win an iPad.
