Bahrain: The new Maserati Levante SUV was launched in Bahrain yesterday by Euro Motors.
It was unveiled at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain and is equipped with the latest evolution of the Maserati three-litre V6 engine in two models – the top of the range 430hp and 350hp.
The most powerful model can reach 100kmph in 5.2 seconds and has a top speed of 264kmph, while the 350hp version achieves 100kmph in six seconds with a top speed of 251kmph.
“This is the first ever SUV by Maserati, so it is a complete game-changer, particularly in this region,” said Euro Motors managing director Nawaf Alzayani.
