Manama: Bahrain-based Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill Company (Garmco) yesterday announced its new board of directors for the 2016–2019 term. Mahmood Al Soufi has been re-elected as chairman.
Garmco re-appointed Mr Al Soufi as a representative of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and Jawad Hussain Al Qallaf, who is also vice-chairman of the board, from Industrial Bank of Kuwait representing Kuwait Investment Authority.
The new board also includes Nader Hussain Al Ansari representing Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, Ahmed Saleh Al Duriaan and Ismail Shar Al Sulby from Saudi Basic Industries Corporation, Mutlaq Hisham Al Husayyan from Gulf Investment Corporation - Kuwait and Taif Sami Al Shakarchi from Iraqi Fund for External Development.
