Bahrain: A new e-service was launched yesterday to enable the public to get access to important information about vehicles they want to buy.
Vehicles’ e-records will be available on the national portal Bahrain.bh.
The General Directorate of Traffic acting director of licensing affairs, Lt Col Mohammed Mahmood Yousif said it could speed up the purchase process as clients could get all required information about cars online.

He said the new service is expected to improve the process of buying used cars as the buyers could check if the vehicles they want to buy were involved in accidents, and the number of previous owners of the cars they want to purchase.
He said the directorate is dedicated to providing the public with traffic services online round the clock and enhancing traffic facilities in Bahrain.
People can access the service by logging in through PCs or smart phones.
