Manama: Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam Khalaf signed a construction agreement for the Future Generation Reserve Tower to be built on the seafront in the Gulf of Bahrain.
The project was awarded to the Al Ghanah Group after submitting a compliant technical and financial tender worth BD23.4 million.
It will include 38 floors of office accommodation and provide various service facilities.

The construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The project is touted to be an architectural icon as the first financial investment tower in the Bahrain designed to receive the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Certification (LEED), an internationally recognised green building standard.
