MANAMA: The Bahrain Association of Banks (BAB) and events company Pico Bahrain came up with the idea for the memorable stainless steel sculpture which features five coins to signify the five rulers of Bahrain and the history of banking.
Khalid Juman, Pico Bahrain’s chief executive officer, said: “The design was conceptualised by our company and the idea was to create a monument that symbolises generations of currency that work together and mould together to create a piece of public art .
