LuLu Hypermarket held a Japanese Food Festival at Dana Mall where guest chef Masato Ikeda said “Meshiagare” (Bon Appetit) with some delicious signature dishes. The festival, which was part of the ongoing ‘Food Is Good’ culinary festival, was inaugurated by Japanese Ambassador Hideki Ito in the presence of LuLu senior management. Top billing was given to worldwide Japanese favourites such as sushi and tempura and batter-fried chicken. With its emphasis on fresh seafood prepared with a light touch, the festival was enjoyed by guests of the hypermarket. Above, Mr Ito with LuLu senior management and others at the festival.
