THE region’s largest jewellery exhibition will be back after a break in Bahrain, as first revealed in the GDN, with an increased range of products and new participants.
The much-awaited Jewellery Arabia, a prestigious event on the country’s calendar of tourism attractions, will be held from November 16 to 20 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the expo is expected to gather more than 550 jewellery and watch brands from 35 countries.
The dazzling display will feature a huge range of classic and contemporary designs, collectors’ timepieces, precious gems, clocks, fine writing instruments, luxury accessories and more.
As the annual exhibition resumes after being suspended last year due to pandemic restrictions, event organisers – Informa Markets – will ensure all current health and safety measures are in place at the 18,000sqm venue.
“After a year of absence, Jewellery Arabia returns with a fresh look inspired by Parisian street shopping in Hall 1, a brand-new VIP entrance and a large choice of F&B options for visitors to enjoy a relaxing break during their journey at the event,” said the organisers.
They added that the continuous easing of travel requirements to enter Bahrain has convinced renowned international brands to confirm their first-time presence at Jewellery Arabia.
The list of new names includes Davidor, Fullord, Yvel and Beauregard.
“I feel fortunate to have built a wonderful relationship with customers in the Gulf region and we’re excited to bring Paris to Bahrain for the first time this year with our fine jewellery creations,” said Davidor founder David Gusky.
“We’re happy to include some special colours within our collections that will exclusively be presented at Jewellery Arabia in November.”
