The Bahrain International Garden Show is now set to be held in early March next year, after being postponed twice due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The opening ceremony will be held on March 1 with the show running from March 3 to 5, 2022.
The National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD) previously announced the postponement of Bahrain International Garden Show 2021 (BIGS 2021) due to the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic affecting the globe.
NIAD noted that all efforts are now directed towards hosting the exhibition in March 2022.
The Bahrain International Garden Show is held annually under the auspices of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and attracts about 49,000 visitors every year from more than 25 countries.
