Title holders Al Najma continued their impressive run in the Khalid Bin Hamad Handball League last night, registering their fourth victory in a row at the expense of Samaheej, 32-25.
Al Najma led the first half 12-10. With this win, Al Najma lead the standings with 12 points while Samaheej suffered their fourth loss in a row and are now on four points.
Meanwhile, Al Ittifaq defeated Barbar 24-23 in another fourth round match, at the Union Handball Hall in Umm Al Hassam.
The teams were tied at 11 goals each in the first half of the match.
Al Ettifaq have raised their tally to eight points, while Barbar are on seven following their first loss after two consecutive victories.
