A DEAD cow believed to have drifted from the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia has been removed from the sea near Salman Town.
Cleaners from Urbaser Bahrain were sent to remove the floating carcass, under the supervision of the Northern Municipality, after the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry had been alerted to it.
Area councillor Mohammed Al Dossary urged authorities to step up their watch on coastal areas to ensure that they were safe from pollution or anything that may harm marine life or the public.”
