Bahrain yesterday saluted Saudi Arabia on the anniversary of its Founding Day, today.
In a congratulatory cable addressed to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Majesty King Hamad praised the development strides since the kingdom’s establishment decades ago.
He wished the Saudi monarch abundant health and further progress and prosperity to his people, praising deep-rooted relations and wide-ranging co-operation.
His Majesty stressed Bahrain’s keenness to consolidate historic ties and further bolster co-operation.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, extended congratulations to King Salman and Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
HRH Prince Salman commended the depth of Bahraini-Saudi relations, and stressed the importance of furthering co-operation to achieve joint goals.
