Gulf nationals alleged to have been involved in a mighty melee in Seef District have been arrested by the Capital Governorate Police Directorate following an investigation after a video of the ugly rumpus circulated online.
Legal action was taken against the suspects and proceedings have also commenced involving a case of damaged property during the same altercation on Saturday .
