LAUGHTER filled the air last night as global comedy star Russell Peters took to the stage at Al Dana Amphitheatre, Sakhir.
His performance in Bahrain was part of his tour, ‘Act Your Age’, which is a hilarious take on cancel culture, ageing and the current state of the world.
Mr Peters was the first comedy act in the packed 2022 calendar of events organised by Al Dana Amphitheatre for this year.
The tour started in January with shows across the US and the UK and new shows to be added as the tour unfolds across Asia, Africa, Australia, the Middle East and Canada.
He performs on March 8 in Dubai before continuing his tour in the US starting on March 10.
The comedian was recently named as one of the Rolling Stone’s 50 best comics of all time and the last time he performed in Bahrain was in June 2019 as part of his ‘The Deported World Tour’.
