His Majesty King Hamad, the Supreme Commander, has praised BDF servicemen’s dedication in assuming their national duties with great courage and determination.
He saluted BDF affiliates, in Bahrain and abroad, who have proven their mettle through the tasks entrusted to them for the security of the homeland and its loyal citizens.
The King paid the tribute during his visit to the BDF General Command yesterday, accompanied by National Security Adviser and Royal Guard Commander Major General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Royal Guard Special Force Commander Lieutenant Colonel Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
His Majesty was received by BDF Commander-in-Chief Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dheyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi and senior officials.
He was updated about the BDF’s future schemes to upgrade the armies and its training programmes.
