Supporters put their best foot forward to raise awareness about breast cancer by participating in a walk-a-thon yesterday at Water Garden City. The 4km walk was organised by the Cancer Care Group, which is affiliated to the Bahrain Cancer Society. Schools, universities, clubs, associations and social organisations took part in the event which also featured a fundraising sale, as well as a host of fun activities.
