Solidarity Bahrain has announced the appointment of nine distinguished Bahraini leaders in recognition of their pivotal roles in the successful merger of Bahrain National Insurance (bni) and Bahrain National Life (bnl).
The move reinforces the group's commitment to Bahrainisation, with national talent now representing 95% of the company’s total workforce.
Solidarity Group CEO Ashraf Bseisu noted that the merger of three established entities into one unified insurer required "discipline, collaboration, and decisive leadership," praising the local talent that guided the transition.
Solidarity Bahrain CEO Jawad Mohammed added that the appointments reflect the company's confidence in national cadres to drive the next phase of innovation and growth.
By elevating Bahraini talent into critical roles, Solidarity continues to align its strategy with the Kingdom’s long-term economic vision and robust succession planning.
