The sixth edition of the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) got underway at the Sakhir Airbase today.
Organised under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad, the show is expected to attract more than 54,000 trade visitors.
More than 180 companies, 160 delegations and 30 countries have a presence at the show.
The biennial favourite flying displays will take off at 1pm, with Gulf Air and the Royal Bahrain Air Force doing the first fly-by.
