A MAN fined BD3,000 for running an illegal pharmacy out of his clinic has lost his final appeal, reports Noor Zahra.The Lebanese defendant was found guilty of illegally working as a pharmacist, selling medicines and pharmaceuticals without the facility being registered with the National Health Regulatory Authority, and managing an unauthorised pharmacy .
