One of Bahrain’s most iconic schools which dates back to the 1940s has undergone a major revamp.
Located in the Muharraq Governorate, Mariam bint Omran Primary Girls’ School was constructed in 1948, in the era of Bahrain’s late ruler HH Shaikh Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa (1942-1961) .
